Teamleader Rotorblade Service (f/m/d)

The Buss Energy Group offers technical services in the field of wind energy and wind logistics. Our service teams are deployed onshore and offshore in Germany and Europe. Experienced technicians take over the assembly of wind turbines. We also offer you the maintenance, service and inspection of your wind turbines and the repair of rotor blades. The development of port and terminal concepts is also part of the portfolio.

We use innovative technologies such as drone inspections and create the service reports using artificial intelligence. With our lockable all-weather work platforms for repairing rotor blades, we are also at your service in autumn and winter.

We show our customers unusual and new ways. Our focus is on complex challenges that we master individually and in cooperation with our customers. At the earliest possible date, we are looking for Teamleader for Rotorblade Service (m/f/d) in full-time to strengthen our team.


What is waiting for you

  • Responsibility and implementation of the professional maintenance of rotor blades on wind turbines as well as assessment of the rotor blades and detection of damage
  • Execution of repair measures based on instructions and work instructions
  • Operational and technical leadership of the team in the field
  • Responsibility for the quality of maintenance and repairs as well as compliance with time and deadline specifications
  • Documentation of the work processes and any damage found
  • Creation of daily reports and damage/repair reports
  • Responsibility for the team vehicle and the proper assembly and commissioning of the work platform
  • Intensive cooperation with the team support and scheduling

What we wish

  • Completed industrial-technical vocational training as a process mechanic or specialist professional experience in rotor blade production, repair, lamination and service
  • Very good specialist knowledge and skills in the processing of epoxy resin as well as glass and carbon fibers, ideally also polyester resins
  • Experience in staff management
  • Commitment, resilience, flexibility and the ability to work in a team
  • Willingness to travel throughout Germany and Europe
  • altitude suitability
  • Knowledge of English and a BE driving license are desirable
