Service-technician / Electrician (m/f/d)

Buss Wind Services GmbH, based in Wildeshausen, offers extensive services for onshore and offshore wind turbines. This includes assembly, inspection, maintenance and repair as well as the replacement of large components. Our 80-strong team is deployed across Europe.

The company emerged from SSC Wind GmbH in 2019 and has been part of the Hamburg Buss Energy Group ever since. The group's portfolio also includes a rotor blade service, the operation of port facilities for the wind industry as well as project management and QHSE services.

The Buss Energy Group is part of the Buss Group, which was founded in Hamburg in 1920 and today employs around 500 people.

At the earliest possible date, we are looking for Service-Technicians / Electricians (m/f/d) in full-time to strengthen our team.


What is waiting for you

  • Implementation of electrotechnical work during the installation of wind turbines
  • General service activities with a focus on electrical engineering, troubleshooting of wind turbines and retrofitting of technical components - also mechanical (retrofit)
  • Takeover of general electrotechnical tasks in the construction site area
  • (daily RCD test and documentation)
  • Independent processing of service orders according to customer specifications
  • Close communication with the construction site management or project management
  • Independent documentation of the work carried out according to customer specifications, submission of working time reports via a computer-aided time recording system (also for subordinate employees)
  • Support the installation team if necessary

What we wish

  • Completed training in electrical engineering / electrical apprenticeship
  • Entry possible for young professionals and lateral entrants

  • Ability to work at heights
  • Flexibility in terms of time and the willingness to travel throughout Germany and Europe
  • Knowledge of English that is sufficient to be able to communicate in international teams
  • Willingness to also carry out non-electronic activities
  • Confident handling of MS Office
  • Knowledge of service and maintenance, wind energy desirable
  • Courses and qualifications (GWO, offshore certificates) are an advantage
