Rotorblade technician (f/m/d)

Buss Blade Services GmbH & Co. KG, based in Lübeck, is specialized in the inspection, maintenance, repair and retrofits of rotor blades of wind turbines on and offshore. With the innovative all-weather platform, the 80-person team can work all year round, day and night and at any temperature regardless of the weather.
The company, which operates across Europe, is part of the Hamburg Buss Energy Group. In addition to rotor blade service, the portfolio of the company group also includes the assembly, inspection, maintenance and repair of wind turbines, the replacement of large components, the operation of port facilities for the wind industry as well as project management and QHSE services.
The Buss Energy Group is part of the Buss Group, which was founded in Hamburg in 1920 and today employs around 500 people.
At the earliest possible date, we are looking for Rotorblade Technicians (m/f/d) in full-time to strengthen our team.
What is waiting for you
- Professional maintenance of rotor blades on wind turbines
- Assessment of the rotor blades
- Detect damage
- Proper assembly and commissioning of the work platform
- Implementation of repair measures based on instructions and work instructions
- Documentation of the work processes and identified damages by means of EDP
What we wish
- Completed commercial-technical vocational training as a process mechanic, laminator or specialist
- professional experience in rotor blade production or repair and in service
- Expertise and skills in processing epoxy resin as well as glass and carbon fibers, ideally also polyester resins
- Altitude suitability, flexibility and the willingness to travel throughout Germany and Europe
- Knowledge of English and a BE class driving license are desirable
